  5. Nothing in the Services constitutes an offer of securities, insurance, investment products, healthcare coverage, or financial guarantees.

A. Information You Provide Voluntarily

We may collect:

  1. Name

  2. Email address

  3. Public Solana wallet address

  4. Account preferences

  5. Communications or support inquiries

We do not collect or store private keys, seed phrases, or wallet recovery credentials.

We may automatically collect:

  2. Device identifiers

  3. Browser and operating system

  4. App usage and interaction data

  5. Log and diagnostic information

  6. Approximate location (city/state level)

C. Blockchain Information (Solana Network)

The Services may interact with the Solana blockchain, a public and decentralized network.

On-chain data (including wallet addresses, transaction signatures, and token balances):

  1. Is publicly visible

  2. Is immutable

  3. Is not controlled by the Organization

The Organization cannot modify, delete, reverse, or restrict access to blockchain data.

B. Wallet Providers

Users may connect third-party Solana wallets (e.g., Phantom).
The Organization:

  1. Does not control wallet software

  2. Does not custody assets

  3. Is not responsible for wallet security or failures

C. Cloud Infrastructure

We use third-party cloud infrastructure providers (including AWS) to host off-chain data and services with commercially reasonable safeguards.

D. Analytics

We may use analytics tools to collect aggregated, non-identifying usage data for platform improvement.

The Organization’s Board of Directors retains all legally required governance authority under nonprofit law.

Unless expressly stated in writing:

  1. No goods or services are provided in exchange

Donors are responsible for determining deductibility under IRS rules and should consult their own tax advisors. Donation acknowledgments may be provided where required by law.

Participation in DRODE membership, DAO activities, or use of the Services:

  1. Does not constitute insurance

  2. Does not provide coverage, reimbursement, or indemnification

  3. Does not involve risk pooling or underwriting

  4. Does not create any present or future promise of insurance benefits

  5. Users remain solely responsible for obtaining any insurance coverage they may require.

The Organization is not an insurance company, does not engage in the business of insurance, and does not provide insurance coverage or act as an insurer, third-party administrator, or risk-bearing entity.

DRODE tokens:

  1. Are not securities

  2. Are not investment contracts

  3. Are not ownership interests, equity, or debt

  4. Do not provide dividends, profit-sharing, or governance rights unless expressly stated in writing

  5. The Organization makes no representations that DRODE tokens fall within any regulated financial instrument category.

Unless expressly stated in writing:

  1. No goods or services are provided in exchange

  2. Donations are not refundable

B. No Expectation of Profit

There is no promise, representation, or expectation that:

  1. DRODE tokens will increase in value

  2. DRODE tokens will be tradable or liquid

  3. DRODE tokens will have any secondary market

Users should not acquire DRODE tokens for speculative or investment purposes.

C. Utility-Only Purpose

DRODE tokens are intended solely as a utility mechanism and alternative payment method for certain medical or healthcare-related services offered by independent providers who may choose to accept them.

Acceptance of DRODE tokens:

  1. Is voluntary

  2. Is determined solely by third-party providers

  3. Does not constitute prepaid insurance, coverage, or entitlement to services

The Services do not provide:

  1. Financial or investment advice

  2. Insurance services

  3. Medical or legal advice

10. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

  1. Violate applicable laws or regulations

  2. Engage in fraud, abuse, or deceptive practices

  3. Attempt to interfere with platform security

  4. Misrepresent affiliation with the Organization

11. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and software are owned by or licensed to the Organization.

No rights are granted except as expressly stated.

The Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Organization from claims arising out of your misuse of the Services.

You agree to indemnify and hold This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Exclusive venue lies in Delaware state or federal courts. the Organization from claims arising out of your misuse of the Services.

16. Modifications

We may modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
